  • 2. Approvals are sent back prior to print and a Fogra print can also be supplied so we can show what the finished print will look like

  • 4. We support on site press passes for all customers and encourage design teams to attend first prints so that any adjustments can be made prior to full production
  • 5. All inks are mixed on site with our in-house ink mixing laboratory and can be easily and quickly adjusted to suit any requirement

Flexo BOPP Print

Tipografic is home to the UK’s newest wide web facility for producing reel-fed OPP, paper, and ROSO labels.

Our newest and most advanced machinery includes a ten-colour inline wide-web and two eight-colour machines that are 1300mm wide printing up to 600m/per minute on film or paper down to 12Um. They use the latest special finishes, including metallics, pearlescent textures, heat reactive (thermo-chromatic) inks, and colour-shifting technology. We also offer a print of random number generated codes on the face or reverse for use in promotional prints on our domino unit. Equipped with this winning technology, we have ensured that it is also cost-effective and recyclable. For example, film printing is an ultra-lightweight option, making it highly economical for transportation and storage.

Colour Mixing and Spectrometry

On press, all jobs are controlled by our spectrophotometric colour management system for brand accuracy and outstanding printing. Many of the colours used at Tipografic are meticulously blended on-site in our ink laboratory. We understand the importance of matching colour vibrancy and consistency to company branding, so that’s why we partner with Sun Chemicals – the world’s largest producer of printing ink and pigments – to make sure our inks and Pantone colours remain flawlessly consistent. Sun is an industry leader in inks and coatings, which means your labels retain their colour and clarity even after high use.
